The four student lists are moderated at least once each business day, generally between 9AM and 10:30 AM. The moderator discards any email that is not appropriate, and marks the others as “approved.” The list may be checked a second time during the afternoon on some days.
11/2015 policy change: The PharmD IT committee has changed the moderation policy. Emails from a :”@pitt.edu” account will be sent through and the user added to the “approved sender” list. That means that future emails from that address will not be held for moderation. All email from any other type of email address will still be moderated.
